US

We were born out of a strong desire to provide people with the opportunity, that we were given, to grow and develop the skills to succeed at life. For this to be possible, we work with and provide our brands a quality retail branding service needed in order for them to stay ahead of their competition. 

 Since First O Management opened its doors, it has been exceeding the goals of our clients. We have a unique and personal face-to-face approach that is proven to build awareness for their brands. It has created results and will continue to allow us to grow and expand in new territories! 

We represent second chances, and hope for new beginnings, no matter where you come from or who you are. We don’t believe in “too late”. We believe in hard work and determination. At First O Management we provide our team members with not only the opportunities for advancement but also the training and mentorship, so that each of the team individuals has the tools necessary to be as successful and lucrative as they wish to be.

We know a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, which is why we work hard during our management training program to develop a team of dedicated professionals.

The Brand Ambassador role starts with brand management. They are responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the area and for making sure the campaigns represent our clients' standards, along with the retail stores' standards and most importantly, with OUR standards. With every member starting from entry-level and working their way up, we are able to continually deliver the results everyone is looking for year after year

As a Core Manager, you will be responsible for the solicitation of business from new and existing customers to build business volume according to plan. You will also start to attain and develop leadership skills by teaching classroom and in-field training with the given Accrue's resources.

The Assistant Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing one of our core managers' campaigns within a specific market. They are also responsible for leading daily meetings, learning and implementing the full recruiting cycle, and all administrative responsibilities necessary to become a Partner.​

As a Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing an entire market and the campaigns within it. In this role, you will also be managing an entire office, administrative staff, manage payroll, and oversee all managers and members of your team. The ultimate goal is to expand into new territory and launch new campaigns. ​
